In November 2008, after months of reaching out to lenders and mortgage institutions with our mortgage solutions, and debt restructuring strategies to no avail, I decided to shift/concentrate 6DRC's focus solely on the acquisition of existing income producing properties. My intent was to establish sustainable revenue streams through the ownership and operation of income assets.
The primary and immediate focus would be on multifamily/multi-housing properties throughout the Southern California market. Multifamily housing has been the one asset class that has consistently produced stable cash-on-cash annual distributions, as well as attractive overall returns for both private and institutional investors.
To-date 6DRC has acquired approximately $8M in multi-housing properties throughout San Diego, CA, and continues to seek new acquisition opportunities.
